Xpelair has announced the launch of its new industrial range targeted at its existing blue-chip client base, UK refurbishment and new build and key overseas markets.

The new range includes Xpress high pressure inline fans, Airblade laminar flow entrance air screens and the option of variable speed drives on Xpelair ModulAir air handling units.

Commenting on the launch Don Spearman - Director of Strategic Development said. “The last 12 months has seen a number of new building regulations and a sea-change in UK opinion on carbon emissions. With energy costs having doubled in three years our customers are now building for efficiency, low running costs and reduced emissions”.

“Reducing running costs is not just about efficient motors; it extends to every product detail including fast service access, the quality and design of filters and the intelligent use of active response controls. We also now feature ‘damped panel technology’ using a visco-elastic polymer construction throughout the cabinet ranges to mitigate low frequency sound in addition to our London Borough and BAA approved MAXattenuation”.

“Much of the range is manufactured in Peterborough ensuring efficient production and attention to client needs. We also work closely with supply partners across four continents for access to the latest technological developments and Xpelair’s CustomVent services based in Southampton handle projects requiring special design or for specific climatic conditions”.

Underpinning this launch is a 317 page catalogue designed for easy selection and specification of standard Industrial fan units and their associated accessories and control systems. In addition a dedicated Xpelair CustomVent team specialises in non-standard and bespoke applications for established clients and overseas project work.

He added “We believe that adds up to an offering, which differentiates us. Overseas, our success in winning large contracts has been based on a team-based flexible approach to customer requirements.”
