Applied Energy has launched the Decent Homes Support Package – a new initiative designed to help everyone working within the social housing sector to meet the Decent Homes Standard.

Providing housing professionals with a useful and convenient resource which includes specialist advice on best practice solutions through a variety of on-line information, bespoke literature, training and events, the DH Support Package is also CPD-accredited and offers the opportunity to gain certificates which count towards professional status.

Continuous Professional Development comes in many guises and professionals can earn their certificates in a variety of ways. Applied Energy Products’ DH Support Package provides the opportunity to gain certificates through attending off site courses and taking part in distance learning, using a computer-based system.

Seminars are being held at several CPD events across the country, while Applied Energy Decent Homes Standard Roadshow is also touring prestigious stadiums throughout May. Three online modules have been developed, which will allow practitioners to gain accreditation at their own convenience.
